It has been while since I posted here. I got this puzzle from a friend, and it took four of us roughly 3 hours to figure it out. After solving of course it feels simple. But the process of getting to the solution for the first time will give your brain cells a real workout.
Thought its worth sharing, Here it goes…
You are familiar with the classic 12 eggs problems. Where you have 12 eggs, one is slightly heavier and others are equal in weight. You need to find which one is heavy by using a balance no more than three times.
Now do the same puzzle with a small twist. You have 12 eggs. 11 of them are equal in weight, one is different. But you do not know if that is heavier or lighter. Find the odd egg by using a balance no more than three times.
Knock yourselves out! If you google the solution, its your loss.
